Effect of Variation of Mixture (Wood Gelam+Rice Husk) on Bio-Pellet on the Value of Temperature, Rate and Pressure of Combustion

The increasing demand for energy causes the depletion of fuel fossil. To overcome this, it is necessary to utilize biomass and waste. purpose this study was simulate effect bio-pellet density on temperature, rate pressure combustion made from a mixture gelam wood rice husk. method uses ANSYS simulation with literature review. results showed that composition husks had an decreasing rate, due calorific value pellets making up material. Where lower husk has combustion. Pellets have large affect so extends burning time. influenced by pellet molding, greater makes denser density. highest air occurs at 100% lowest composition. This shows addition reduces vice versa applies
